                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                   AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
                   CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC., RELATIVE TO
                   ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR SUMMIT LANDFILL,
                   PHASE I AND PHASE II, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                   THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS
                   ($32,800.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Consolidated
       Technologies, Inc., relative to additional services for Summit
       Landfill, Phase I and Phase II, for a consideration of 
$32,800.00.
